Pickle Wrapped Bacon


Ready in: < 30 minutes


Difficulty: 3 (1=easiest :: hardest=5)

Serves/Makes: 20



Ingredients:

1 pound bacon
1 jar pickles



Directions:

Serving size is approximate as the amount of pickles you need will depend on the size you get. We used Kosher Baby Dills and cut the bacon into halves.

Wrap each pickle in bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Place on broiler pan and broil until bacon is done, turning once during cooking time.

Serve hot.
